This client aims to help organizations strengthen their cybersecurity defenses, comply with regulatory requirements, and reduce the risk of data breaches, taking a tailored approach to each client to address the human element of cybersecurity by focusing on employee awareness.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as Head of Customer Success
  • Degree in business management or equivalent
  • Experience leading customer success teams, especially in a SaaS environment

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of CSM's
  • Deliver a change in customer post-sales experience to drive rapid sales value
  • Execute a talent management program
  • Create and deliver a contract of roadmap to customers
  • Manage an efficient renewal process.
