Our client excels in providing innovative solutions and a seamless shopping experience for millions of customers worldwide. We are looking to hire a dynamic Product Manager (Selection) to join their team in Ireland and drive key initiatives within the selection workstreams.

About the Role :
The Product Manager will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of the selection workstreams in Ireland. This position supports the broader selection strategy, ensuring the continuous improvement and optimization of product availability and customer choice. The Product Manager (PM) will be responsible for both strategic initiatives and tactical deliverables related to selection. The PM will bring innovative ideas and solutions, working closely with internal development teams. The role involves collaborating with multiple business teams to define strategy and requirements, managing project delivery, and ensuring milestones are met by identifying and improving process gaps. The PM will delve deep into data, collecting evidence and analyzing trends to identify selection opportunities, improve buyability, and refine both long-term and short-term goals.

● Guide local product teams on an end-to-end product or major feature roadmap, delivering the right product by defining features and business strategy, and aligning stakeholders.
● Support the lead PM with reporting and identifying improvement opportunities.
● Share best practices and create product materials.

● 2+ years of experience in project/program management.
● Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
● Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
● Highly analytical skill set with an aptitude for figures and data-driven argumentation.
● Passionate self-starter, decisive, and able to move with speed to implement ideas.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, or a related field, with SQL knowledge and a good understanding of the retail business.
● Experience with international expansion or working in matrix organisations.
