We at GemPool are thrilled to partner with a leading global e-commerce and technology company, renowned for its extensive product selection and commitment to customer satisfaction. Our client is dedicated to innovation and operational excellence. We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join their team in Ireland and support key initiatives within the vendor management and profitability workstreams.

About the role:
With no dedicated vendor managers in Ireland, there is a critical need for a Product Manager to support the vendor onboarding workstream. The PM will deep dive, track, coordinate, and follow up on both Irish and European profitability initiatives, ensuring effective vendor management and operational efficiency. The Product Manager (PM) will be responsible for analyzing, tracking, and coordinating EU vendor management programs and operations to implement scalable approaches that deliver results for our client's Irish operations. The PM will support the vendor management lead in managing programs related to supplier negotiations, profitability, selection creation, inbound logistics, and promotions. The PM will own strategic initiatives and tactical deliverables, bringing innovative ideas and solutions while working closely with internal development teams. The role involves collaborating with multiple business teams to define strategy and requirements, managing project delivery, and ensuring milestones are met by identifying and improving process gaps. The PM will dive deep into data, collecting evidence and analyzing trends to identify opportunities and refine both long-term and short-term goals.

● Support new store activities related to selection, availability, and financial performance.
● Drive programs with EU counterparts to accelerate the rate of vendor onboarding in Ireland.

● 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or retail business management.
● Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
● Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
● Highly analytical skill set with an aptitude for figures and data-driven argumentation.
● Passionate self-starter, decisive, and able to move with speed to implement ideas.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, or a related field, with a good understanding of the retail business.
● Experience with international expansion or working in matrix organizations.
