- Take the lead in crafting strategic proposals, influencing RFP development, and ensuring the timely deployment of proposal activities upon release.
- Assemble and manage capture and response teams, mentor and counsel proposal writers, and facilitate the proposal management process.
- Work closely with procurement officials to shape target RFPs and collaborate with sales leaders as a subject matter expert throughout the proposal process.
- Centralize and maintain up-to-date documentation related to the marketplace, enhancements, and RFx processes.
- Formally transfer information and strategy to proposal writers upon RFP release, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Leverage 2-3 years of pre-sales experience to interact effectively with clients, assess their needs, and build strong relationships, particularly in the context of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution, with a preference for candidates holding a business degree.
- 2-3 years of pre-sales experience in a similar professional setting.
- Proven experience in presenting and elucidating business concepts to prospective partners from an inside sales perspective.
- Proficiency in interacting with clients, evaluating their requirements, and establishing robust relationships conducive to successful business transactions.
- Comprehensive understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively within a team or working autonomously.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving success in strategic sales.
- Exceptional ability in strategic thinking.
