At GemPool, we are currently looking for an Application Support Engineer for our client's team. This client is in the banking industry. They provide their customers with software and application support.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide Telephone support to customers across Ireland and the UK.
Assist in installations of Progressive Banking applications across Ireland.
Provide customer training for core Financial packages.
Travel within Ireland and the UK offering software support.

Skill requirements:
Clean Full Drivers Licence/Own Vehicle.
Credit Union Experience is a big advantage.
Experience Troubleshooting.
Excellent customer service skills.
Card services or automated financial file processing services experience.
