Shift: Mon - Fri ( 7:30 am - 4 pm OR 8 am - 4:30 pm)

At GemPool, we are looking to add ambitious and capable Warehouse operators to join our team in a large Data Centre in locations around NorthWest Dublin.
As a Warehouse Operative within the data center facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the logistical processes.
Responsibilities:- Receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording incoming shipments of equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Safely storing items in designated warehouse locations, utilizing appropriate handling and storage techniques.
- Retrieving and preparing items for outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conducting regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and data integrity.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to fulfill internal requests and support operational needs.
- Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to track inventory and streamline processes.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse space to facilitate efficient operations.
Requirements:- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with warehouse management systems or similar software.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Commitment to safety practices and compliance with company policies and procedures.
