GemPool is currently working with a client that is looking to add a Head of Customer Success to their team. This client aims to help organizations strengthen their cybersecurity defenses, comply with regulatory requirements, and reduce the risk of data breaches, taking a tailored approach to each client to address the human element of cybersecurity by focusing on employee awareness.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as Head of Customer Success
Degree in business management or equivalent
Experience leading customer success teams, especially in a SaaS environment
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of CSM's
Deliver a change in customer post-sales experience to drive rapid sales value
Execute a talent management program
Create and deliver a contract of roadmap to customers
Manage an efficient renewal process.
