Senior UX Designer

Job Description

This IT organization that we are in collaboration  drives E-commerce for businesses with any time, anywhere with International payment solutions. The IT company based in Ireland serves their clients with integrity as trusted advisors and recognized experts in all payment transactions.They provide transparent pricing clarity and prioritize developing personal relationships, while delivering exceptional integrated payment technology.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and recapitulate the design system of components and patterns for use across our products.
• Create user stories, wireframes and prototypes to be used in user research and as templates for final designs.
• Conduct and create usability and user testing the results of which will form a feedback loop for the refinement of the design patterns and principles.
• Collaborate with other departments to distribute information on time.
• Contribute and deliver a user perspective and constructive critique to the product design team.
• Operating closely beside the Engineering department  to ensure quality of all  final products.
• Encourage and enable more learning to the juniors members of the team.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience working in an agile environment alongside a team of designers,engineers and Developers.
• +6 years experience with UX design 
• Experience with full UX design process from user research, to prototyping, testing and implementation
• Ability to coordinate and facilitate workshops remotely.
• Familiarity with current mobile technologies (iOS and Android) design trends.
• Great knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery.
• Experience of using Figma.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Having the ability to be proactive, self-motivated, attentive to detail, and able to work well under pressure.
• Confident to manage concurrent deliverables on time and with quality within a fast-paced moving environment and reaching company KPIs.
