Location: Ballycoolin, North Dublin, D15. Salary: €65,000-€75,000 per annum This is an on-site full-time position.
Experience:
5+ years of relevant experience in a Quality focused role.
Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Six Lean tools (FMEAs, Gauge R&R, Capability Analysis, Value Stream mapping).
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, quality engineering, or related field.
New Product Introduction (NPI) experience is highly desirable.
Experience in an electronic manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement is advantageous.
Duties:
Develop and maintain QA plans for global new product introductions.
Evaluate and enhance inspection processes.
Lead a team of Quality Technicians effectively.
Coordinate and track corrective/proactive actions for discrepancies.
Drive process improvement and optimization.
Interface with customers on quality-related matters.
Act as a product quality representative for new products.
Lead PFMEA activities to mitigate risks to product quality.
Drive deployment of Quality Engineering tools throughout the product life cycle.
Foster a quality culture in line with policies and procedures.
