GemPool are an IT recruitment agency located in Dublin and are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer with extensive java experience to join one of their clients. This client operates as a payment operations platform for merchants all around the world. They cater for all sized companies and liaise with 125,000 clients worldwide.
This position is fully remote within Ireland or the UK.
Requirements
4-6 years experience in software development
BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
Experience in server -side product development with Java
Some knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS
REST API design and implementation with Java
Duties and Responsibilities
Understand merchant and p[artners needs
Improve the software development process
Collaborate with team memebers
Identify critical activities and tasks on projects
