GemPool is an IT Recruitment agency, we are working with an innovative and growing Software Company based in the West of Dublin. They have been providing computer software, hardware & support for Credit Unions in Ireland and the UK for over 25 years.
This role will involve working alongside the Web Support team. You will be tasked with answering calls and emails from customers who are experiencing website problems. You will work off a ticketing system and deliver an excellent customer experience.
You will get the opportunity to upskill in web development, web analysis and testing.
Job Requirements:
1+ year/s experience working in Technical Support
Relevant Educational background
Keen interest in Technology and Websites
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience working to deadlines.
Knowledge of computers, systems, networks, websites and web development
Ability to multitask
Strong time management skills
What's Preferred:
Customer Support experience
Tech/Web Degree
