Lights, Camera, Action! We're Hiring a Creative Instructional Designer – Safety Training Focus Location: Dublin (Onsite) | Type: Contract | Salary: €80,000 per annum DOE
Are you a creative powerhouse who knows how to make safety training actually stick? Can you turn fire extinguisher protocols into compelling, high-impact content? If you’re skilled in eLearning, video editing, and instructional design, this one’s for you.

Your Mission As a Content Developer – Safety Training, you’ll transform essential (but often dry) topics into engaging, interactive learning experiences.
You’ll: ● Design interactive eLearning with Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and PowerPoint ● Build storyboards, scripts, and visual content that bring safety topics to life ● Edit videos to make compliance training actually enjoyable ● Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to shape learning outcomes ● Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory ● Upload and manage content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) ● Juggle multiple creative projects with precision and flair
You’ll Bring: ● 3+ years of experience in training content or eLearning development ● Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and PowerPoint ● Strong video editing skills and a polished multimedia approach ● Knowledge of adult learning theory, interactive design, and storyboarding ● Experience using LMS platforms to publish digital training ● Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
