GemPool is an IT Recruitment Agency in Dublin and we are now looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our client’s vibrant organisation. Our client works in the Advertisement Technology space and is committed to increasing advertising revenue by leveraging cutting-edge technology and an exceptional team. 

We are seeking an ambitious individual who is eager to contribute to our client’s fast-paced international sales expansion. As a member of a team of six, this role will revolve around creating fresh business prospects for our client identifying, reaching out to, and evaluating potential customers. The primary objective will be to discover new prospects for the sales team to engage with and ultimately convert. 

This role is based out of Dublin, Ireland and is a hybrid role with ideally 3 days working from office.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and cultivate relationships by nurturing warm prospects while discovering new potential sales opportunities through proactive outreach activities.
  • Efficiently manage and maintain a pipeline of engaged prospects, involving Account Executives for further progression.
  • Identify and implement optimal practices to enhance the company's lead generation strategy.
  • Achieve revenue growth in alignment with the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Continuously refine the sales process, improve email campaign performance, and enhance presentations to maximise conversion rates and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage the CRM system and email campaigns to create fresh sales prospects.
  • Engage with high-value prospects who align with the target buyer personas.
  • Establish and nurture long-term, trustworthy relationships with prospects to assess and qualify them as potential sales opportunities.
  • Facilitate meetings or calls between (potential) customers and the sales executives to drive the sales process forward.
