GemPool's is an IT recruitment agency and our client is a global leader in code quality and code security solutions. They are currently building a brand-new product and are looking for multiple Lead UX Product Designers to join the team. They offer the opportunity to solve real user problems and design meaningful interactions that empower coding professionals to excel in their work.
We are seeking talented individuals with strong experience in product design for complex enterprise applications. You will play a key role in creating exceptional user experiences for millions of software engineers worldwide.
These positions will be based in Geneva, Switzerland and will require the designers to be on-site 2-3 days a week.
Skills and Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Product UX Designer.
Experience in designing complex enterprise applications
Proven track record of successful contributions to product design.
Strong organisational skills and ability to lead or contribute to multiple design projects.
Proficiency in producing clean design deliverables of high quality.
Passion for designing complex products with evolving user needs.
Ability to navigate complex discussions and balance trade-offs effectively.
Familiarity with agile practices and principles, emphasising small delivery increments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with fluency in English
Curiosity and a lifelong learner mindset to explore new approaches.
Experience in a well-established design team or a fast-growing design team.
Preference will be given to candidates with a technical background or programming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape new features and contribute to ambitious product roadmaps.
Iterate on designs and deliver high-quality design solutions for complex user problems.
Identify and address UX issues to support continuous improvement efforts.
Engage with our user community and facilitate internal discussions for product enhancement.
Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, marketers, and engineers.
Contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency in components and interaction principles.
Provide and receive design feedback effectively.
Contribute to the growth of the UX Team, including organisational improvements, tools, and processes.
