Six weeks ago, I stepped into a new chapter of my career — one that I hadn’t originally planned, but now can’t imagine not being part of. Transitioning into the world of data centre recruitment with GemPool has been both exciting and eye-opening. Coming from a Life Science recruitment background, I was curious, slightly nervous, but mostly eager to dive in and make sense of this high-demand, technical space.
