Job Description

Title: Mobile Repair Technician
Type: Contract ( 3 month initially )
Location: Dublin
Salary: €35,000 - €40,000

GemPool is proud to partner with a leading global technology solutions provider at the forefront of digital transformation, AI, and enterprise automation. Our client is seeking a talented Mobile Repair Technician to join their growing Apple Practice, supporting enterprise mobile device environments across Ireland and the UK.

In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced engineering team to manage and support large-scale mobile device platforms, with a primary focus on Intune MDM and Apple devices.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all mobile devices (iOS, Android), including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and replacements.
  • Work closely with internal IT teams to ensure high-quality service delivery for enterprise end users.
  • Use Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, particularly Microsoft Intune, to ensure devices remain secure, compliant, and user-friendly.
  • Oversee full lifecycle management of mobile devices—from deployment to retirement.
  • Provide detailed documentation and support internal reporting on mobile device environments.


Required Skills & Experience
  • Solid knowledge of Android and Apple mobile device platforms.
  • Proven experience using Intune for mobile device management.
  • Understanding of networking/server environments and system architecture.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to work well with remote or distributed teams.
  • Experience working with ConnectWise or similar enterprise service and ticketing platforms.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience managing Apple devices at scale within an enterprise environment.
  • Strategic mindset with an ability to understand broader client needs beyond immediate tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and perform under pressure.
  • High attention to detail, especially in documentation and client-facing deliverables.
