Technical Program Product Manager II
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Contract Type: 11-month Agency Contract
Work Model: Onsite, 5 days per week
Salary: €70,000 – €75,000 per annum (equivalent)

About the Role
Gempool is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager II to join a leading global technology company. This role is suited for professionals with experience in network infrastructure, data centre operations, or technology programme management who thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional, globally distributed teams to deliver complex infrastructure programmes, including low-latency content delivery, networking, and connectivity services across multiple regions. This role provides exposure to high-impact projects and offers opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and consolidate requirements from stakeholders across multiple locations and services.
  • Translate requirements into structured programmes, collaborating with engineering teams to design and implement infrastructure and network solutions.
  • Plan and manage programme schedules, dependencies, risks, and interdependent project deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations to ensure successful programme execution.
  • Track progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Support the deployment of complex technology infrastructure across multiple regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project or Programme Management.
  • Hands-on experience or operational knowledge in data centre or network engineering.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar).
  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience managing complex technical infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Exposure to cloud or networking technologies.
