Since May 2023, we’ve expanded our efforts with the 2-for-1 initiative. Through our partnership with Hometree, a charity focused on rewilding the west of Ireland and restoring biodiversity, we’re making a direct impact. For every first-round candidate interview, two trees are planted—helping to rebuild ecosystems and create a greener future.
