Job Description

GemPool Recruitment is partnering with an innovative organisation building enterprise-grade Generative AI and intelligent automation platforms. We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive innovation across engineering and customer delivery teams.

The Role

You will play a key role in transforming ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions while helping shape platform strategy and technical direction. This is a hands-on leadership role combining architecture, development, mentoring, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and scale applications using Python and Node.js
• Integrate Generative AI and machine learning technologies into production systems
• Lead technical initiatives and influence platform roadmap
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success and stakeholders
• Prototype, validate, and rapidly deliver new product capabilities
• Introduce and evaluate emerging technologies

Requirements

• 10+ years engineering experience
• Strong AWS cloud experience
• Proven experience building and shipping products from scratch
• Strong product mindset and experience leading multi-team initiatives
• Experience influencing technical strategy and roadmaps
