We’re looking for a Technical Account Manager to play a senior leadership role, acting as the key interface between the company and its clients. Reporting directly to the Director of Delivery & Operations, you’ll be instrumental in shaping delivery strategies, building long-term client relationships, and driving commercial growth.
Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Strategic Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C-suite clients
Drive strategic partnerships, lead review meetings, and ensure client satisfaction
Manage risks, resolve challenges, and continuously improve service quality
Technical Delivery Oversight
Oversee complex, multi-service line programmes (PM, BA, Dev, QA)
Collaborate on enterprise-level planning and delivery strategies
Promote continuous improvement across teams and client engagements
People & Resource Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams across onshore, offshore, and nearshore models
Partner with HR and Resource Management on planning, staffing, and development
Support consultant growth, engagement, and rotation planning
Commercial & Contractual Influence
Identify and convert growth opportunities within existing accounts
Drive proposal creation and RFP responses in collaboration with sales
Ensure contracts align with legal, commercial, and client expectations
Requirements
15+ years in client delivery, account management, or consulting leadership
Proven success managing complex programmes and enterprise client relationships
Strategic thinker with a sharp commercial mindset and strong influencing skills
Comfortable operating in matrixed environments and leading diverse teams
Deep understanding of consultancy services, delivery operations, and legal frameworks
Experience in the Retail sector is an advantage
