Location: Dublin.Ireland
Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite 
Type: Full-time, Contract
Dayrate:  €550 –  €600 a day 

Job Overview:

GemPool’s client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional Product & Technology initiatives. This is an initial 6-month contract, with potential to extend up to 18 months or convert to a permanent role.

What You’ll Do

• Lead medium-to-large Product & Technology projects from initiation to delivery.
• Develop project plans, manage budgets, resources, and dependencies.
• Drive execution and accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Manage risks, scope changes, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Facilitate executive and customer-facing communication as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree; PMP or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years managing software development or technology projects.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Smartsheet or Jira/Confluence a plus.
• Experience in clinical research, healthcare technology, or regulated industries preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with regulated industry projects.
• Familiarity with PMO tools and reporting dashboards.
