GemPool Recruitment are an IT recruitment agency currently hiring a Manager – Lead Generation & Business Development for their client. This is a remote position based in Ireland, working US East Coast hours. The role offers the chance to lead and scale a sales development function with direct impact on US revenue growth.

The Role
- Build and lead a team of lead generation specialists to achieve meeting and pipeline targets
- Drive outbound prospecting campaigns across LinkedIn, cold calling, and multi-channel outreach
- Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for key US accounts
- Partner with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and opportunity conversion
- Track KPIs, deliver reporting, and optimize performance
- Coach and mentor team members to hit stretch goals and develop their careers
- Own and refine outreach playbooks, scripts, and messaging for US buyers
What we’re looking for
- 6–10 years’ experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or inside sales
- At least 3 years in a leadership role managing high-performing teams
- Proven track record in building and scaling outbound sales development functions
- Strong knowledge of outbound sales, ABM, and IT services pipeline dynamics
- Skilled in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and sales databases
- Data-driven, KPI-focused approach with strong leadership and coaching ability
