Role: Lead Flutter Developer
Location: Dublin
Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite in Dublin

Salary: €85,000 –  €90,000

Job Overview:
GemPool is partnering with a confidential fintech client to hire a Lead Flutter Developer. This role combines hands-on Flutter development with technical leadership, overseeing a team of 5 developers plus a junior lead. The successful candidate will guide the team, establish technical standards, and drive the architecture of mobile and web applications.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for Flutter mobile and web applications.
• Lead complex UI implementations, including iframe integrations and dynamic layouts.
• Establish best practices, coding standards, and architecture patterns for the Flutter team.
• Mentor and develop the team, conduct code reviews, and facilitate technical knowledge sharing.
• Participate in hands-on development for critical features and proof-of-concepts.
• Drive performance optimization and cross-platform compatibility for Flutter apps.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
• Extensive experience with Flutter and Dart across mobile and web platforms.
• Strong understanding of mobile/web architectures and dynamic UI challenges.
• Experience in team-level technical leadership or principal-level responsibilities.
• Familiarity with state management solutions (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod).
• Experience with Angular is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
