Job Description

Role: DCO Technician – Lab Analysis Failure
Type: Contract (6 months)
Location: Blanchardstown Shift: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Days: Monday – Friday
Rate: €32,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a range of testing, repair, sanitization, and disassembly across a variety of Data Center IT servers and networking equipment & components.
• Ship and receive parts, maintain inventory accuracy, carry out audits, and disposition parts as prescribed by the Inventory/Warehouse Management System
• Unload, pick, and pack orders/parts for shipment across local and international sites.
• Frequent lifting of materials and products.
• Maintain precise records of all commodities — inbound and outbound.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of all workspaces.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams such as DCO, Logistics, and Physical Security.

Additional Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety and security practices within the FA Lab.
• Conduct testing, repair, sanitization, and disassembly across various IT servers and networking equipment.
• Basic networking equipment removal, installation, and processing.
• Deliver on required service level agreements for testing and processing of components.
• Partner with other teams within the Data Center to plan, test, and deliver priority parts.
• Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and goal achievement. 
• Perform tasks consistently according to process.
• Share knowledge and train other team members, demonstrating ownership and earning trust.
• Report progress and provide regular status updates to management. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and enthusiasm to learn in a fast-paced Data Center environment.
