Salary: Up to €120,000  base +Benefits

About the Role
Gempool is partnering with a global organisation operating at the forefront of clinical research technology to hire a Senior Manager, Product Management.

In this role, you will lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners across a defined product domain, driving execution and delivering measurable outcomes. You will serve as the primary product partner to Engineering, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and release plans while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary product partner to Engineering, driving alignment on priorities, tradeoffs, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
• Translate product and company strategy into actionable roadmaps, release plans, and prioritised initiatives
• Make prioritisation and tradeoff decisions to keep teams focused on the highest-value work
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Drive planning and execution processes, including roadmap planning, release readiness, and cross-functional coordination
• Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and dependencies impacting delivery and customer outcomes
• Use data, customer insights, and market context to inform decisions in complex environments
• Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement of product management practices, tools, and team effectiveness
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure successful product delivery and adoption

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in software Product Management
• 2+ years of experience managing Product Managers and/or Product Owners
• Proven ability to drive execution across complex product areas or multiple teams
• Demonstrated success partnering closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality products
• Strong coaching and team development skills
• Ability to operate in complex environments with competing priorities
• Experience making data-informed decisions that drove measurable outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Background in clinical research or healthcare technology
