Job Title:  Warehouse Associate (Inventory & Asset Team)

Location: Dublin
Job Type: 6-Month Contract (with possibility to extend)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: €31,500 per annum (pro rata equivalent)

Overview
We at Gempool are currently seeking Warehouse Associates (Inventory & Asset Team) to support operations within a large-scale warehouse environment in Dublin. This role is suited to physically fit individuals with strong logistics or general operative experience, who are comfortable working with heavy equipment and managing inventory movement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day inventory and asset management activities
• Move, lift, and organise large racks and equipment safely
• Assist with receiving, storing, and relocating assets within the warehouse
• Conduct basic inventory checks and maintain accurate records
• Ensure equipment and materials are handled in line with site procedures
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams
• Follow all health & safety guidelines at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, warehousing, or general operative roles
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and moving heavy equipment
• Experience working in a large warehouse or operational environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
