  • They will conduct marketing for the role and assemble a pool of candidates, both active and passive, relevant to the role.
  • The recruiter will screen all relevant candidates, in person, and sell the opportunity to them.
  • Thorough background checks and in depth face to face screening will be conducted in advance to ensure they are suited and applicable candidates.
  • A shortlist of relevant candidates will be sent over to the hiring manager.
  • Work closely with candidates through the recruitment process to offer and acceptance.
  • Turn-around time for this service would be 4-6 weeks.

b. Exclusive Recruitment:

What you get:

  • Dedicated and talented Senior Recruitment Consultant to focus on your role 100% of their time.
  • Both active and passive candidates will be contacted using different marketing channels to improve targeting.
  • Dedicated marketing campaign to spread awareness and increase candidate flow for the role.
  • The recruiter will screen all relevant candidates, in person, and sell the opportunity to them.
  • Thorough background checks and in depth face to face screening will be conducted in advance to ensure they are suited and applicable candidates.
  • A shortlist of relevant candidates will be sent over to the hiring manager.
  • Work closely with candidates through the recruitment process to offer and acceptance.
  • Turn-around time for this service would be 3-4 weeks.

c. Retained Recruitment:

- Proposed cost breakdown for the service delivered:

  • 30% when GemPool services are retained, non-refundable.
  • 30% when first interviews are confirmed, non-refundable.
  • 40% on candidate start date.
  • Ideal for senior level and exec search needs.
  • A dedicated team consisting of a Senior Account Manager, talented recruitment consultant and sourcers to work closely with you to define the need.
  • Access to Director of GemPool for consultation and advice.
  • Full market review and salary insights.
  • Dedicated marketing campaign across all relevant channels and geographies.
  • Thorough background checks and in depth face to face screening will be conducted in advance to ensure they are suited and applicable candidates.
  • Weekly reporting on all recruitment activity.
  • Continuous interactions with candidates through the interview process and offer management.
  • Post offer/acceptance on-boarding activities.
  • Turn-around would be 2-4 weeks.
