About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Product Manager II to join a large-scale infrastructure organization supporting critical network deployment and scaling initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving complex technical programs across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality, reliability, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between engineering, infrastructure operations, supply chain, and external vendors, coordinating activities across global teams to support business growth and infrastructure expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure deployment and scaling programs.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and vendor teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and issue resolution activities.
• Monitor project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track project scope, schedule, risks, and overall health.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of scalable operational practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish new workflows, optimize existing processes, and improve delivery efficiency.
• Manage relationships with technical vendors and third-party delivery partners.
• Support automation and operational excellence initiatives within infrastructure deployment programs.
• Ensure projects meet required quality, performance, and reliability standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical program or project management.
• Experience working with network infrastructure technologies and deployment environments.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
• Experience managing technical vendors, contractors, and cross-functional project teams.
• Proven track record delivering infrastructure deployment or network scaling projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification.
• Industry certifications in networking technologies or infrastructure environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure expansion programs.
• Familiarity with automation-driven deployment methodologies.
• Experience working within fast-paced, global technology organizations.
