In this role, you’ll report to the Finance Manager of a major colocation data centre provider in West-Dublin. You’ll carry out a number of financial administration duties, which will be crucial to ensuring that the business’ financial processes run smoothly. You’ll be dealing with preparing, recording and reporting transactions to distributing invoices, following up on disputes and processing expenses and payments for approval. We’ll need you to have a keen eye for detail as another key responsibility of yours will be to proof, correct and reconcile a high-volume of documentation, as well as preparing and maintaining comprehensive reports and records.
Key skills we’re looking for largely revolve around systems and software. Excel, Word, Outloook (Office in general), as well as a strong grasp of Sage Finance System.
Solid communication skills are going to be key here as you’ll be communicating with stakeholders both internal and external, at all levels of the business. In a nut shell, this “ain’t your first rodeo” and you’ll be comfortable and confident enough chasing whatever you need, no matter who you need it from!
