At GemPool, we are working with a leading online gaming company committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming experience for their players. As the Head of Game Integrity and Risk, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding player interests and upholding the integrity of their games. You will lead and train a dedicated team, implement fraud detection mechanisms, conduct comprehensive risk analyses, and stay updated on industry trends. This position requires adherence to company policies and a commitment to maintaining professionalism and high standards.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and Train GIR Team: Direct and develop the Game Integrity and Risk team to effectively identify, mitigate, and address risks.
• Implement Fraud Detection Mechanisms: Establish and manage systems to detect and prevent fraudulent activities, such as bonus abuse and collusion.
• Conduct Thorough Risk Analysis: Perform detailed risk assessments and implement security measures by aggregating data from various sources for comprehensive analysis.
• Foster Communication and Data Analysis: Collaborate with team members to analyze and present data effectively, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of technological advancements and best practices in game integrity and risk management.
• Develop SOPs and Incident Response Plans: Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team, and develop incident response plans to address unforeseen challenges promptly.

Skills Required:

• Educational Background: University degree.
• Industry Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Risk Analyst in the iGaming industry, particularly with live products.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using relevant equipment and software applications; Microsoft 365 suite knowledge is essential, and experience with Tableau is a plus.
• Gaming Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of online gaming products.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with management, team members, and external contacts from diverse backgrounds.
• Analytical and Integrity: Exceptional analytical skills and a high level of integrity to maintain a fair and secure gaming environment.
