At GemPool, we are currently working with a company to find a Software Technical Lead specialising in .Net. This is an opportunity to work with a multinational holding company in the finance and healthcare industry. Our client sells software and software services across the globe and are currently scaling their development team to support their intense and game-changing pipeline for new projects across each sector.
This is a hybrid role that requires 4 days a month in office. Offices are based in Park west Buisness park in Dublin.
Core Responsibilities
Construct and code high quality solutions on .Net Framework.
Using coding best practices and extendable design patterns, deliver exceptional UX.
Take part in performance tuning, testing, refactoring, usability, and automation.
Guide and mentor engineering teams on coding best practices, designs and patterns.
Maintain Architectural consistency across various solutions.

Skills required
Postgrad in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
8+ years experience .Net development using C#.
8+ years experience using object-oriented programming.
6+ years experience developing large scale distributing systems.
6+ years experience relational and non-relational database technologies (MS SQL)
