Our client is currently looking for a Data Migration Developer. This client provides the software and application software for banking institutes that is recognised all over Ireland and the UK.
For this role it is important to highlight that the ideal candidate will be required to travel up to 20% of the time and has to have a full driving license.
Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a data migration developer to join the highly skilled software implementation team.
The ideal candidate's main role is to ensure the accurate and timely migration of data between existing systems to our comprehensive banking solution.
This candidate will share responsibilities with one other developer and will alternate between installations as deemed suitable
Responsibilities
Collab with the implementation team to analyze pre-installation requirements
Create test data transfer and confirm balances with the implementation team
Assist the implementation team during and after installations.
Requirements
Data Transformation Tools
SQL/T-SQL
SQL Server
2 years of commercial exp in Software Development
Solid exp working with data and data migration
Can work under pressure and deliver
Attention to detail
Team Player
Nice to Have’s
Experience in Data Analytics
Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI
Exp of Visual FoxPro or alternatively experience of Microsoft.net software or similar
