Our client is one of Ireland's fastest-growing startups, working with thousands of vendors across Europe. This is an incredibly exciting time to join their growing Product team and they continue to expand globally!

They are looking for a Product Manager to join their Consumer Experience team! They are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to work alongside their highly skilled team of product managers, designers, developers, QA architects and managers to build seamless, innovative and impactful consumer applications.

This is a very product-driven company, their Product Managers are hands-on and are expected to contribute to tactical and strategic activities equally.

Ideal candidate:
  • Experienced Product Manager
  • Web/mobile/kiosk application experience (B2C)
  • Technically literate and analytical thinker
  • Experience or desire to work in a start-up environment
  • Commercially aware.
  • Ability to communicate and justify your decisions
  • UX/UI obsessed, nothing but the best is good enough.
  • Experience using multiple software development methodologies.

Non-negotiables:
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience working with customer-facing platforms (ideally mobile apps)
  • Desire to work remotely

About the role:
  • Dive deep into the business strategy, their market, clients and end-user needs.
  • Closely track the competitive landscape, understand benchmark competitors and emerging players and use this knowledge to articulate if and how it affects your product decisions.
  • Identify and prioritise needs and problems that define your roadmap.
  • Develop and closely follow commercially focused metrics.
  • Continuous analysis of your product and challenging exciting processes to assure the client and end-user journeys are always impeccable.
  • Collaborate with other product teams to achieve synergy.
  • Have a clear vision and direction for your team and product.
  • Lead the planning of product releases and set the expectation for delivery of new functionality.
  • Actively mitigate impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals
