Job Description

Our client is looking for a dedicated Product Owner who is passionate about driving and influencing the company’s global vision. Based in Dublin, the company has been working on transforming its eCommerce platform and product offerings.


This role requires an individual who can bring value to the company and the eCommerce web and mobile platform, as well as drive improvements to customer experience.

 

About the Role
  • Lead a dedicated team to discover, develop and transform product activities
  • Bridge communication between the technical team and business stakeholders
  • Develop and improve web and mobile applications
  • Help to build a global brand
  • Work alongside the Director of Product to define the product roadmap using customer insights to meet business and customer needs.
  • Provide recommendations to improve the eCommerce customer journey
  • Use previous experience to provide deep eCommerce knowledge
  • Produce and effectively communicate roadmap plans
  • Engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders to balance business goals and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within budget
  • Understanding and achieving KPIs and budget targets

Skills
  • Proven experience in eCommerce is essential
  • Working with customer analytics, conversion optimisation, CRM systems
  • Significant IT Product Management experience
  • Demonstrated experience with online IT
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end product lifecycle implementation
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Analytical thinker
  • Ability to effectively develop and deliver simultaneous products
 

Good to have (but not deal breakers)
  • Experience with Magento 1 & 2
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
